Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
  • Current state license as an Occupational Therapist - Required.
  • Proof of current CPR certification - Required.
  • Current driver’s license, reliable transportation and insurance - Required.
  • Minimum two years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting - Required.
  • Experience providing occupational therapy in a home health environment - Preferred.
  • Experience assessing ADLs, fabricating/maintaining adaptive equipment and hand splints, and performing home safety and functional mobility evaluations - Preferred.
  • Ability to perform clinical assessment, prepare and revise Plans of Care, and document progress notes per agency and payer requirements.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally; ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing and walking.
