• Assess functional abilities and recommend therapeutic interventions
• Support patients in improving daily living and self-care skills
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
