Key Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services within both home health and skilled nursing facility settings
- Assess patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Document and maintain accurate patient records using provided charting systems
- Collaborate with therapy supervisors and other healthcare professionals
- Meet productivity expectations of 90% in home health and 85% in skilled nursing facilities
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist- Valid Occupational Therapist License
- BLS Certification
- Flexibility to work in both home health and skilled nursing settings
