Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - $2,135 per week in Portland, OR

Job Opportunity – Occupational Therapist – Portland, OR 97225

Start Date: September 28, 2026

Location: Portland, Oregon

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (07:00 - 15:00), approximately 4 weekend days per month. Block scheduling required. Float between units as needed.

Highlights:

• Large acute care teaching hospital with nearly 500 beds and multiple accredited programs
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations in a dynamic inpatient setting
• Daily census of approximately 165 patients with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including PT, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Epic charting system utilized throughout the facility
• 13-week travel assignment with orientation provided
• Free parking available on-site

Requirements:

• Active Oregon Occupational Therapy license (Compact license accepted if in hand at time of submission)
• NBCOT certification required
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of inpatient acute care hospital experience required (hard stop requirement)
• Epic charting experience required
• Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
• Large acute care hospital employment background strongly preferred
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
