Key Responsibilities
- Provide Occupational Therapist (OT) services in accordance with facility standards

Qualifications
- Active KS license, registration, or certification as required
- At least 1 year of recent experience in Occupational Therapist (OT)
- BLS certification (AHA) if required by facility
