Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - $2,158 per week in Pendleton, OR

Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Occupational Therapist Specialty: Occupational Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 10H Days (Monday through Thursday) Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Required Certifications: BLS Certification Must-Have: - Experience in Orthopedics, particularly with hands, elbows, and shoulders - Lymphedema training would be a plus Description: Occupational Therapists will provide care in an acute inpatient and acute rehab setting. Each therapist will treat approximately 12 patients per day. Common diagnoses include orthopedic conditions, CVA, MS, and head injuries. The focus will primarily be on orthopedic cases, accounting for 80-100% of the workload. Therapists will cover outpatient orthopedic areas. Collaboration with rehabilitation aides is expected. The dress code requires scrubs with no denim allowed. Specific orientation related to the department will be provided. A strong emphasis is placed on teamwork and effective communication within the team.
