Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - $2,165 to $2,365 per week in South Bend, IN

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Flexible schedule with 4 or 5 days per week.
• 36 to 40 hours per week.
• May be required to float between two skilled nursing facilities.
