Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current CA OT License
• Driver's License
• Auto insurance
• Auto registration
• TB screening
• MMR
• Varicella
• HepB
• TDap
• Flu vaccination
• Drug screen
• Physical

Assignment Details

• Weekend coverage may be required.
• Must be willing to see Covid+ and Covid PUI patients.
• May be required to travel outside the assigned service area occasionally to support caseload needs.
