- Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy for developmental delays, autism, and functional impairments
- Focus on improving activities of daily living (ADLs) and motor skills
- Perform developmental testing and treatment interventions
- Educate families and caregivers on home programs and progress
- Monitor patient outcomes and adjust care plans accordingly
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation (EPIC preferred)
- Float to acute care settings when needed
