Job Opportunity – Occupational Therapist – Santa Rosa, CA 95405

Start Date: August 10, 2026

Location: Santa Rosa, California

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:30 - 17:00), Tuesday through Saturday. 13-week assignment with 40 hours of orientation.

Requirements:
  • Valid California Occupational Therapy license (must be active prior to submission)
  • Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience
  • BLS certification required
  • Epic charting system experience required
  • Core competencies: infection prevention, fall/risk assessment, billing, acute and chronic disorder management, functional activities, and assessment
  • Preferred experience with National Patient Safety Goals and Core Measures
  • Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
  • Willingness to float to acute rehab unit and potentially affiliate facilities
  • Availability to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
