Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - $2,227 to $2,427 per week in San Roman, CA

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active California Occupational Therapy License is required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Home Health experience preferred but not required. New graduates are welcome.
• Ability to work within assigned county territories including Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Albany, Emeryville, Piedmont, Fremont, Castro Valley, Hayward, Newark, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Union City, and nearby communities.
• Willingness to travel within the service territory and provide weekend coverage if needed to meet productivity expectations.
• Ability to meet client productivity expectations when on a guaranteed-hours option: a minimum of 27 visit points per week.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for patient visits.

• Assigned County Territory: Area 1 and Area 2 covering Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Albany, Emeryville, Piedmont, Fremont, Castro Valley, Ashland, Cherryland, Hayward, Newark, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Union City.
• Schedule Options: Guaranteed-hours or non-guaranteed-hours arrangements available. Guaranteed-hours option requires meeting productivity expectations of at least 27 points per week and a 36-hour guarantee when met.
• Weekend coverage may be required under non-guaranteed arrangements to secure full caseload.
• Travel between patient homes within the assigned territory is required. Floating to other nearby service areas may be required.
