Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - $2,239 per week in Lakeview, OR

Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Rehabilitation Therapy Specialty: Occupational Therapist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 40 hours/week Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum years of experience required. License: Eligible for license or current license from the State of Oregon. Certifications: Current valid Oregon driver’s license required. Current CPR certification required. Must-Have: Must have necessary requisites for licensure as an Occupational Therapist by the Oregon State Board of Health. Must have current knowledge of occupational therapy related to physical disability and rehabilitation procedures. Must understand general medicine, surgical, and mental health concepts. Must possess a positive attitude and utilize good communication skills. Effective team skills, including interaction, support, and respect, are required. Description: Evaluates, selects, performs, and/or directs assistance in educational, vocational, and recreational activities. Activities are designed to restore maximum function to physically and/or mentally disabled patients, upon physician referral. Works with family and health team members regarding patient abilities and goals.
