Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - $2,245 to $2,445 per week in Lodi, CA

Minimum Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) from an accredited program is required when licensure was obtained on or after January 2007. Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctoral degrees accepted as noted by state licensure rules.
• Active California Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• Two years of occupational therapy experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or HS-BLS or RQI BLS certification from an approved vendor is required.
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support certification required per facility policy.
