Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - $2,247 per week in San Ramon, CA

Description: We are looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist. Home health experience is preferred but not required. The assigned county territory includes multiple locations. Two options are available: guaranteed hours or non-guaranteed hours. For guaranteed hours, productivity of at least 27 points per week is required. The traveler must complete 30 points within the week. The guarantee does not apply for the first and last week of the assignment, or during holidays, or for weeks the traveler requests time off. For non-guaranteed hours, weekend coverage may be required. To secure a full caseload, the traveler may need to go outside the service area occasionally. The traveler may refuse patients. Payment is made on a per-visit basis. Points are awarded for various visit types and convert to hours approved per day. The rate is all-inclusive and covers time spent on visits, documentation, and communication with patients and doctors. All requested time off must be disclosed at the time of submission. Time off requested after acceptance will not be approved.
