Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - $2,251 per week in Seattle, WA

Occupational Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Acute Care Client Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 08:00 - 17:00 Experience: Minimum 1 year required License: Valid Compact License required Certifications: Required Certifications Must-Have: - Inpatient orthopedic experience, seeing patients on the day of surgery - ICU experience is helpful - Must be willing to work weekends - Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) Description: This position is for an occupational therapist in an acute care hospital setting. The therapist will provide care to patients primarily in orthopedic recovery. Experience in inpatient orthopedics is necessary, especially on the day of surgery. ICU experience is a plus. Shifts will occur 7 days a week, and the role requires flexibility to meet staffing needs. There may be expectations to float between facilities. Proper communication devices will be provided for the assignment as necessary. Candidates should be prepared to uphold the highest standards of patient care.
