Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - $2,259 per week in Portland, OR

Job Opportunity – Occupational Therapist – Portland, OR 97225

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Portland, Oregon

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (07:00 - 15:00), approximately 4 weekend days per month, block scheduling required, floating between units as needed

• Daily census of approximately 165 patients across adult and geriatric populations

Requirements:

• Active Oregon state license or compact license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Current BLS certification and NBCOT certification required
• Minimum 1 year of inpatient acute care hospital experience (hard requirement)
• Large acute care hospital employment background strongly preferred
• Epic charting system experience required
• Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
• Proficiency in acute care skills including assessment, evaluation, discharge planning, patient/family education, and plan of care development
• Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Clean background check required
