Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Santa Fe, NM. This role involves working in an acute setting to assess and treat the impact of various impairments on patients' daily activities. The Occupational Therapist will utilize a range of therapeutic techniques to assist patients in achieving optimal independence.

Key Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist- Verify physician orders prior to evaluation.
- Evaluate patients considering psychological and physical issues.
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the patient and their family.
- Administer and direct occupational therapy treatments and modalities.
- Communicate evaluation, treatment procedures, and equipment usage to patients and families.
- Monitor patient progress and maintain communication with referring physicians.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist- Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
- One year of Occupational Therapy experience preferred
- Current New Mexico American Occupational Therapy Association licensure
- BLS certification required
