Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility regain or improve daily living skills after injury, illness, or disability. This role offers the opportunity to work in an in-house therapy team that supports continuity of care and collaborative practice.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active California Occupational Therapy License required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing, post-acute care, or similar rehabilitation settings is preferred.
  • Familiarity with NetHealth/PCC EMR is preferred.
  • New graduates are welcome; clinical experience or demonstrated competency expected before independent caseload management is preferred.
  • Ability to meet productivity expectations as determined by the facility (typically in the 80–89% range depending on experience and start date) is required.
