Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Schedule: Sunday – Saturday (7 Days/Week Availability)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Job Description:We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Baltimore, MD. This is a 14-week contract opportunity offering consistent hours and a supportive work environment. The ideal candidate will be committed to helping patients improve their ability to perform daily living and work activities.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients’ physical, psychological, and cognitive abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve daily functioning
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Requirements:- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Maryland
- Previous clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible 7-day schedule if needed
