Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Occupational Therapist Specialty: Inpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8.5 Experience: Minimum of 24 months License: Active license to practice Certifications: Active BLS certification from approved vendor Must-Have: - Recent experience in the last 12 months - No hits on the state license to practice - Driver's license to verify residency Description: Pewter scrubs are required. The position may involve floating between different types of trauma hospitals. Shifts are five days a week and may include weekends. Candidates with multi-specialty acute knowledge and experience will be considered. Candidates must have an active license in hand. Previous travel experience is preferred. Candidates must clearly outline all criteria they are willing to accept. Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments will expedite the offer process. Candidates must be available to start on the listed start date or within one week. Requests for time off (RTO) must be submitted and cannot exceed seven days. No RTO is allowed during the first week of assignment. Candidates should list all facilities they are willing to work in. They must specify the names of facilities, states, or indicate they are open to any facility in any state. Candidates must indicate all shifts they are willing to work. They should also include all departments they have experience in and are willing to work. All candidates should be pre-closed and ready to accept the position. Prompt notification is required if a candidate withdraws or is no longer available. Strict adherence to all background check standards is required. Complete a thorough profile that includes a resume with facilities, departments worked, trauma level designation, and bed count. An OT skills checklist must be completed within the last 12 months. Active licensure must be verified within the last 30 days.
