Description:
Evaluates and treats hospitalized patients.
Helps patients regain the physical skills needed for daily living.
Assists in rebuilding cognitive skills for a safe discharge.
Focuses on enhancing patient independence and functionality.
Works collaboratively with healthcare teams to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
May require working 1-2 weekend days per month, prearranged.
