Requirements:- Current Occupational Therapist license in Washington state
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA)
- Clean professional license with no current or prior disciplinary actions
- Completion of background checks, health screenings, and immunization requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively
