Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - $2,339 per week in Mesa, AZ

Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Occupational Therapist Specialty: Inpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum of 24 months of recent experience in the last 12 months License: Active license to practice Certifications: Active BLS certification from approved vendor Must-Have: - Acute care experience - No hits on state license to practice Description: Pewter scrubs are required. Shifts are scheduled for Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Candidates must have acute care experience, and Level I trauma experience is preferred. There is a holiday rotation, and start times may vary. Candidates must follow all department guidelines. Residency verification will be conducted through the driver's license. Travel experience is highly preferred. Candidates should be flexible with locations, shifts, and departments to expedite the offer process. All candidates submitted must be pre-closed and ready to accept. RTO cannot exceed 7 days, and no RTO is allowed during the first week of the assignment. All candidates should list all facilities they are willing to work in. This position requires adherence to all background check standards.
