Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - $2,352 per week in Gwynn Oak, MD

Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Inpatient Rehab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: Minimum of 2 years required; first-time travelers accepted; CVA experience needed License: Must have active state license in Maryland Certifications: BLS, CPI Certificate required Must-Have: CVA experience Description: 5x8-hour shifts with a workload of 40 hours a week. Requires availability for 1 weekend per month. Average daily census is 44.5 patients. Patient diagnosis includes traumatic brain injuries. May be required to float to other units as needed. Required to work holidays as scheduled. List of required skills includes adaptive equipment, cognitive assessment, and safety and injury prevention. Candidates must be comfortable floating within scope without restrictions or special requests. Compliance documents must be submitted by the specified deadline. Most locations allow for one contract extension, but candidates must take a six-month break before returning.
