Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - $2,362 per week in Mesa, AZ

Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Occupational Therapist Specialty: Inpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday - Friday with rotating weekends every 4 weeks Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience: Minimum of 24 months of experience with recent experience in the last 12 months License: Active license to practice verified in the last 30 days Certifications: Active BLS certification from approved vendor Must-Have: Acute care experience Excellent flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments No hits on state license to practice Candidate's driver's license to verify residency Description: Candidates must wear pewter scrubs. Position requires acute care experience, and Level I trauma experience is a plus. Candidates should follow all department guidelines. A rotating holiday schedule is included, and start times may vary. Candidates must complete a background check that adheres to all standards. The candidate's requested time off cannot exceed 7 days and must be included on the cover page. No time off is allowed during the first week of the assignment.
