Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Therapy Specialty: Outpatient Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 2+ years current experience; no new grads License: Active Occupational Therapy License in New Hampshire Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS Must-Have: National Hand Certification Description: Consideration will not be given to local travelers residing within 50 miles of the facility. One position is available. This facility will not consider a travel pair. Flexible scheduling options, such as block scheduling, are not available for this position. Requests for time off must be noted and verified at the time of upload. Requests made after upload or during the interview process will not be approved. A maximum of 5 days of time off will be accepted, with fewer days preferred. Dress code consists of personal scrubs of any color or business casual attire. Athleisure or stretchy clothing is acceptable, but leggings and crop shirts are not allowed. Open-toe or open-back shoes are not permitted. The typical patient load includes conducting 60-minute evaluations and 30 to 45-minute treatment sessions. Only one patient is treated at a time. The typical day may include 2 to 3 evaluations and multiple treatment sessions. Experience in treating adult patients is required, but experience with all age groups is welcome. Previous training and competency in the use of standard physical therapy modalities are expected. Travelers must have their own vehicle, as public transport is not available in the area. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission, as requests made after the offer may result in rescinded offers.
