Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Occupational Therapist Specialty: Outpatient Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 8 Hours Experience: 1+ years experience required License: Active Michigan Occupational Therapy License required Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS required Must-Have: - Strong pediatric experience required - Clean driving record and own insurable vehicle required Description: Plans and administers medically prescribed occupational therapy treatment programs for patients. Restores function, relieves pain, and prevents disability following disease, injury, or loss of body part. Candidate will work three days in one location and two days in another location. Facilities are 17 miles apart. Dress code is business casual or solid scrubs. Requested time off during this assignment must be noted and verified prior to submission. Requests made after submission will not be approved. No more than five days of requested time off will be accepted. Candidate must have strong experience with both adult and pediatric patients. Previous travel experience is preferred. All scheduling requests must be submitted with the application. Incomplete profiles may lead to rescinded offers.
