Key Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient care plans
- Help patients improve their ability to perform tasks in their daily living environments
- Coordinate and communicate with medical team to deliver patient-centered care

Requirements of the Occupational Therapist- Valid state license in Occupational Therapy
