Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ functional abilities and independence
Supervise and collaborate with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory guidelines
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care
