Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - $2,412 per week in O Fallon, MO

The shift is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Weekend and holiday rotation required every sixth full weekend. A day off will be provided during the week before and after the weekend shifts. The weekend shift, when scheduled, is from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM unless otherwise approved. No on-call duties will be required. The clinician may float between facilities as needed. Local candidates are not accepted within a 75-mile radius. Pending State License may be accepted but must not exceed 7 days. Special requirements include experience in adult care and proficiency in adaptive equipment. Experience with hip fractures, total hip replacements, and knee injuries or total knee replacements is necessary. The role involves patient safety, injury prevention, and effective family education. EPIC charting experience is preferred. The facility is a short-term acute care center with a total of 69 staffed beds. Travelers must comply with all established guidelines and requirements. No additional time off requests will be permitted post-submission or during the first week of the assignment. All necessary compliance documentation and lab work must be completed as directed prior to the start date.
