Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8-hour shifts, day schedule)
Highlights:- Provide occupational therapy services across multiple settings including acute care, skilled nursing, and community outreach
- Collaborate with local schools to support early childhood development programs two half-days per week during the school year
- Opportunity to participate in leadership meetings and daily team huddles representing the Therapy Department
- Work with a collaborative interdisciplinary team including physical therapy and speech therapy
- Deliver community education programs and contribute to population health initiatives
- Potential for job-sharing arrangement with nearby healthcare facility
Requirements:- Montana state licensure as an Occupational Therapist or ability to obtain
- Willingness to treat pediatric patient populations
- Experience with Cerner EMR system preferred
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Leadership capabilities and commitment to process improvement
