Acute Care, Basic Life Support (BLS), Cerebral Vascular Accident, Cerner, Electronic Medical Records, Hospital, Intensive Care, Medical Diagnosis, Neurology, Occupational Therapy, Orthopedics
- Local candidates only
- Schedule: 8:30 AM 4:30 PM, variable shifts
- Required: 4 weekends per 4 weeks and holiday work as needed
- 13-week assignment in the 734F Occupational Therapy department
- Minimum 15-18 months recent experience in Occupational Therapy specialty required
- Must have AHA BLS certification
- Must hold a valid Georgia Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Experience with One Chart Cerner (Electronic Medical Record)
- Position is in an acute care OT department, supporting patients throughout the hospital
- Treats a wide variety of medical and surgical diagnoses, including:
- ICU patients
- Stroke/neurological cases
- Orthopedics
- General debility
- Provides occupational therapy based on physician ordersW
