Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - $2,467 per week in Morganton, NC

Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Occupational Therapist Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8hr Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Experience: Minimum of 1 year required License: State Licensure required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - A minimum of 1 year of experience - BLS certification - State Licensure - Charting experience with Homecare Homebase is required - OASIS experience Description: Department Information: Approximately 6 visits per day. Home Health Therapy Services. Patient Types/Common Diagnoses include chronic diseases, wound care, IV therapy, pleurx, and wound vac management. Driver's License and proof of Insurance are required. Skills required include charting experience, IV therapy, pleurx, wound vac, wound care, assessment, disease teaching, and OASIS. Support within the Department is provided by departmental leadership. Technology/Equipment used includes Samsung Note 9 phones. Weekend rotation is not required. On-call duties are not required unless requested.
