Occupational Therapist - Home Health - (OT - HH)

Pay Rate: $2472.00 - $2547.00
Travel OT Home Health jobs in Manhattan, NY are open for an ASAP start with a 13-week contract. You will work Monday through Friday, 8-hour days, seeing 5 to 6 geriatric clients per day in a walkable territory using public transit.
You must have an active New York OT license and experience with the geriatric population. Home health experience is preferred. Your responsibilities include conducting home visits, assessing functional abilities, developing care plans, and helping clients improve daily living skills and independence. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals and document care throughout the assignment
