Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Washington State Occupational Therapy License required to start the assignment.
  • At least one year of recent Home Health occupational therapy experience required (client-specific).
  • Experience and proficiency with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) electronic medical record required (client-specific).
  • Productivity expectation: ability to meet a minimum of 30 productivity points per week and complete documentation by 10:00 AM the following day (client-specific requirement).
  • BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Home Health.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Details: Days, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
  • Territory: Clinician may travel within a multi-county territory including Thurston, Lewis, Mason, and Pierce counties; assignments may occur in any of these counties.
  • Positions Available: 1.
