Job Opportunity – Occupational Therapist – Eureka, CA 95501

Start Date: August 10, 2026

Location: Eureka, California

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM), Sunday through Thursday. 13-week assignment with 40 hours of orientation.

  • Navy or khaki scrubs provided
Requirements:
  • Valid California Occupational Therapy license in hand (pending licenses not accepted)
  • Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience required
  • Previous travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
  • BLS certification required
  • Required skills: acute care experience, functional activities, acute and chronic disorder management
  • Preferred skills: standardized assessments, feeding techniques (oral/motor)
  • Must be willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
  • Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
  • Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
