Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - $2,516 per week in Eureka, CA

Start Date: August 10, 2026

Location: Eureka, California

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM), Sunday through Thursday. 13-week assignment with 40 hours of orientation.

• Acute care hospital setting serving a rural community with generalized patient populations
• Work with diverse patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Opportunity to treat a variety of diagnoses including CVA rehabilitation, traumatic brain injury, orthopedic conditions, and neurological disorders
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Small hospital environment offering broad clinical exposure and skill development
• Navy or khaki scrubs provided

• Valid California Occupational Therapy license in hand (pending licenses not accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience required
• Previous travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• BLS certification required
• Required skills: acute care experience, functional activities, acute and chronic disorder management
• Preferred skills: standardized assessments, feeding techniques (oral/motor)
• Must be willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
