Occupational Therapist - Home Health - (OT - HH)

Pay Rate: $2525.00 - $2602.00
Travel OT Home Health jobs in Queens, NY start ASAP for a 13-week contract, working Monday through Friday with 8-hour days. You must have a New York OT license and experience with the geriatric population. Home health experience is preferred but not required.
You will conduct 5 to 6 home visits per day, providing occupational therapy assessments and treatments to help clients improve daily living skills and independence. Responsibilities include developing care plans, documenting in Homecare Home Base, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. No on-call is required, and you can expect 40 hours per week.
