Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - $2,530 per week in Windsor, VT

Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Occupational Therapist Specialty: Inpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 2+ years of current inpatient/acute occupational therapy experience License: Vermont Occupational Therapy license Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS Must-Have: - Experience in a critical access hospital - Ability to work independently - CERNER EMR experience - Traveler's permanent address must be included in the profile - Must have own vehicle Description: Responsible for providing occupational therapy treatments to patients based on an evaluation of their needs and status. Maintains appropriate records. Assists with in-services and community health programs. Travel pair applications will not be considered. Requests for time off during the assignment must be noted and verified prior to profile submission. No more than five days of requested time off will be accepted. This is a small community without public transportation. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. The facility will not approve scheduling requests after the time of offer. Overtime multiplier and call-back charges are not applicable for this opportunity. Rotating Saturdays may be required, typically three Saturdays every 13 weeks. A weekday off will be provided in exchange for weekend shifts. Holiday coverage may also be required if needed. Three-strike policy for call-offs will be enforced. After three call-offs, a traveler's contract may be terminated based on attendance.
