Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - $2,537 per week in Fayetteville, GA

Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Outpatient Duration: 22 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours (07:00 - 17:30) Experience: Minimum 1 year License: State OT License (pending submission acceptable) Certifications: NBCOT required Must-Have: Clinical competencies in outpatient lymphedema management Description: Unit accepts first-time travelers. Work with occupational therapists, occupational therapy assistants, physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, and speech-language pathologists on a regular basis. Collaboration includes working with wound care clinic staff. Also work with compression fitters and lymphedema vendors that support patients requiring lymphedema care. Patient population includes young and middle-aged adults to geriatrics. A mix of diagnoses, including patients who require lymphedema care, will be present. Flexible scheduling options available. No weekend shifts required. No call duties expected. Floating within facility scope of practice as needed. Daily patient census ranges from 5 to 7 patients. Position involves assessment, treatment planning, and discharge planning. Must exhibit strong safety and injury prevention skills.
