Job Overview
We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a travel assignment in a rehabilitation setting. This role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with physical, cognitive, or developmental conditions to improve their ability to perform daily living and functional activities.
The OT will design individualized treatment plans and work closely with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery, independence, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Perform patient evaluations and functional assessments
Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans
Support patients in improving activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance functional independence
Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation teams
Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques
Ensure compliance with clinical standards and best practices
Requirements
Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license
Master s degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
