The role requires visiting patients in their homes, providing therapy to support their rehabilitation needs. Staff is expected to maintain a patient ratio while ensuring quality care and meeting productivity standards. Travelers will need reliable transportation as occasional travel may be required. The facility prioritizes minimizing drive time and efficiently grouping clients. COVID vaccination and booster are required for all staff. Module completion is required prior to start and annually thereafter. Oasis charting experience is essential for this position. Communication devices will be provided as needed to perform job functions. This position allows flexibility in scheduling with no weekend coverage requirements.
