40hrs per week, 8 hrs, 830-5pm; Inpatient. Must have 1 year experience. no RTO approved outside of one or two long weekend requests. 1 year Acute Care Experience needed. Weekend Rotation. Must have OT and BLS. Must have ICU experience.Education and Work degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD): Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2007; or foreign equivalent.Two years' occupational therapy experience: PreferredLicenses/ Therapy licensure in state of practice: RequiredCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: RequiredFacility Specific License/ Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
