Participates in department programs by performing various duties. Engages in patient assessment and evaluation to develop effective plans of care. Promotes safety and injury prevention strategies for patient care. Educates patients and families regarding conditions and rehabilitation goals. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills. Performs discharge planning and reassessments as needed. Utilizes adaptive equipment and techniques to enhance patient mobility and function. Addresses a wide range of diagnoses including soft tissue injuries, spinal cord injuries, and neurological disorders. Contributes to patient care through effective management and leadership in therapy practices.
