Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide patient-centered care in a clinical setting. This role focuses on helping patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working.
The Occupational Therapist will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care, support patient rehabilitation goals, and ensure compliance with established clinical standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and assess patients physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Assist patients in improving daily living and functional skills
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and care plans
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Promote a safe and supportive therapeutic environment
