Occupational Therapist - Home HealthPlans and conducts segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social and mental functions, while meeting department objectives. Serves as co-leader in interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.

Day Shift 5 x 8s M - F 0800 - 1600. Mus know HCHB and have at least one year of HH experience as an OT. No Call and no weekends. Mileage reimbursement according to government mileage rate.Education and Work degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD): Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2007; or foreign equivalent.Licenses/ Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice: RequiredCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: RequiredValid Driver's License (DL) and must be at least 21 years of age or older: Required
