Plans and conducts segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social and mental functions, while meeting department objectives. Serves as co-leader in interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.

Day Shift - Floating to AHGL/AHSV areas as needed. 3 days a week/days will vary depending on the week 8am-5pm (24 hours/ per week). EPIC experience required. Mileage is in addition to the bill rate.Education and Work degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD): Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2007; or foreign equivalent.Two years' occupational therapy experience: PreferredLicenses/ Therapy licensure in state of practice: RequiredCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: RequiredFacility Specific License/ Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQI BLS) certification: Required
