Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Grand Island, NE. This role involves working in SNF and Home Health settings, providing a dynamic work environment and an opportunity to supervise COTAs. This is a full-time position with guaranteed hours, focused on therapeutic interventions and client-centered care.

Key Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist- Administer and perform therapeutic interventions with clients
- Assess client needs and develop corresponding therapy plans
- Maintain client's self-esteem, privacy, and confidentiality
- Document observations and services provided
- Notify physician of changes and process orders accordingly
- Train clients, family members, and staff on interventions and equipment
- Supervise therapy assistants following Federal and State regulations
- Adhere to infection control and safety standards
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist- BLS Certification
- Certification for the state of practice
- Completion of an accredited speech/language pathology program preferred
- Experience in a rehabilitation/geriatrics setting preferred
- Basic speech/language pathology skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
