Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Assist patients with daily living activities (ADLs) and functional skills
Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities
Recommend adaptive equipment and home/workplace modifications
Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
