Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with individualized care plans
• Evaluate patient functional abilities and develop appropriate treatment goals
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' daily living and functional skills
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active New Mexico Occupational Therapist license in good standing
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required at all times while on-site
• Ability to meet a 36-hour weekly guarantee
• Compliance with all facility badging and identification requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a contract or registry therapy setting
• Familiarity with New Mexico state healthcare compliance and documentation requirements
