Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services to assigned patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Must present a valid state or federal issued photo ID upon arrival at the facility and wear a photo badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of New Mexico
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a contract or registry staffing capacity
• Strong documentation and communication skills
